Are your designs handmade?

Yes! Every design, illustration, and print is created by me (the shop owner). I personally make the artwork and then partner with a third-party production team to print it onto products and ship it to you.

Who makes and ships the products?

My shop uses Printify to fulfill orders. That means your item is printed and shipped by a Printify partner print provider after you place your order. This helps reduce waste because items are made to order instead of being mass produced.

What does “low-tox” mean for your products?

My products are selected and designed with a “low-tox lifestyle” or “eco-conscious product selection” in mind—meaning I try to choose product options and materials that align with a simpler, cleaner home approach whenever possible.

Because products are printed and shipped through third-party print providers, exact materials and inks can vary by item and by fulfillment partner. I can’t guarantee any item is “non-toxic,” “chemical-free,” or medically safe, but I do my best to choose options that fit a low-tox preference.

Are items made to order?

Yes. Items are made to order to reduce overproduction and waste. That also means production begins after checkout, so orders can’t always be changed or canceled once they enter production.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually include:

  • Production time: typically a few business days, between 2-7 business days (may vary by product/provider)

  • Shipping time: depends on the shipping method and destination

Please allow 2-7 business days for production before shipping. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you contact me quickly, I’ll do my best to help. However, once an order goes into production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Because items are made to order, I don’t offer returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size ordered

  • change of mind

  • color/design preference

But if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, I will make it right—please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

What if my package is lost or tracking says delivered but I don’t have it?

If tracking shows “delivered,” check with your household/neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still can’t be found, message me and I’ll help you troubleshoot next steps.

How do I choose the right size?

Each apparel listing includes a size guide. I recommend measuring a similar item you already own and comparing it to the chart. If you’re between sizes, sizing up usually gives a comfier fit.

Will colors look exactly like they do on my screen?

I do my best to photograph (to come) / mock up accurately, but screens display colors differently. Slight variations in color and print placement can happen.

How do I care for my items?

Care instructions vary by product. For apparel, a good general rule is:

  • wash inside out on cold

  • tumble dry low or hang dry

  • avoid ironing directly on the design
