Made-to-Order Products
All items are produced after an order is placed through our fulfillment partner Printify.
Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Color differences due to screen settings
Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

Photos of the product

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.
Eco-Friendly Product Disclosure
Many of our products are selected for their eco-friendly or environmentally conscious materials.
If a product is not made with fully eco-friendly materials, this will be clearly disclosed in the product description.
