Processing Time

All items are made to order. Because of this, orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before they ship.

During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or carrier delays.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are produced by different fulfillment partners.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Our products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner Printify, which works with a network of professional print providers to create and ship your items.

This allows us to reduce waste and produce items only when they are ordered.
